Sunny Paws Jax was founded by Hailey McDonald, a born-and-raised Jacksonville local who has loved animals for as long as she can remember. After years of caring for pets of every shape, size, and personality, she set out to create a service built on compassion, trust, and consistency. What started as a passion has grown into a reliable, well-loved choice for pet care across the beaches and neighborhoods of Jax.

What We Do

We provide personalized drop-in visits, daily dog walking, and overnight pet sitting tailored to each pet’s unique needs. Playful pups, shy kitties, curious small animals, and everything in between — we adjust our care to match their comfort and routine. Every visit includes fresh food and water, potty breaks or litter box care, enrichment and cuddles, along with helpful home touches like plant watering, mail pickup, and general home check-ins.
